The Student Experience Service: building connections and supporting you throughout your journey at ECAM LaSalle

The Student Experience Service oversees the Student Life Master Plan (SDVE). This roadmap, implemented over 5 years and integrated into the school’s 2025–2030 strategic plan, makes students’ quality of life and well-being a top priority at ECAM LaSalle.

The service is organized to help you easily identify the right contact person based on each aspect of your student life.

Our areas of support

The service works across many topics to support you throughout your journey:

Welcome
Support upon your arrival and integration on campus.

Health
Two doctors are present on campus each week to carry out preventive medical check-ups, which are mandatory when entering higher education.
They work alongside the disability advisor to implement any necessary health-related accommodations.

Mental health
Two psychologists are available on campus.
All consultations are fully covered by the school.

Disability
A disability advisor supports you in setting up academic accommodations, in coordination with healthcare professionals.

Sport
Support for university sports participation and involvement in university competitions.
Specific support is provided for high-level athletes, with adapted pathways.

Scholarships
Management of ECAM LaSalle Foundation scholarships.
You will receive an email twice a year inviting you to apply.

Harassment and gender-based and sexual violence (GBSV)
Implementation of a reporting and support unit.
Prevention initiatives throughout your academic journey.

Academic support
Coordination of academic support on campus.
