It is part of the University of Lyon network and a member of the worldwide LaSalle network (find out more). Founded in 1900 under the name <em>\u00c9cole Catholique d&#8217;Arts et M\u00e9tiers<\/em> (\u2018Catholic School of Engineering\u2019), the school contributes to making the world more humane and socially responsible through education, science and technology.
