You must use your student card to open the gate. Campus buildings open at 6:00 am on weekdays and close at 8:00 pm all year round, except during the summer, Christmas and public vacations when the campus is closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pedestrians can access the campus via the gate at 40, mont\u00e9e Saint Barthelemy or the door at 9 mont\u00e9e Nicolas de Lange (access via Fourvi\u00e8re) using their student card or the access code issued each month. Opening times may be subject to change when the school is closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Public transport in Lyon (TCL)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The TCL public transport network operates Lyon&#8217;s bus, tramway and subway lines. A standard ticket costs \u20ac2.10 and is valid for unlimited travel within one hour. Students under 25 can buy a discounted set of 10 tickets known as the &#8220;<em>Carnet de 10 billets \u2013 \u00e9tudiants et scolaires<\/em>&#8220;. They may also purchase a monthly unlimited pass for \u20ac25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also purchase TCL cards, which can be used to store individual tickets as well as monthly passes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lyon&#8217;s public transport system operates from 5:00 a.m. to midnight, depending on the line. It is open every day of the year except the 1<sup>st<\/sup> of May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TCL runs night buses every hour on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 1:00 to 4:00 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The easiest way to get to campus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>> By bus: take line C3<\/strong>, get off at the Gare Saint Paul terminal, then walk up Mont\u00e9e Saint Barth\u00e9lemy to ECAM LaSalle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>> <strong>By subway: take line D<\/strong>, get off at the Vieux-Lyon\/Cath\u00e9drale Saint Jean stop, then reach the ECAM LaSalle campus on foot via Mont\u00e9e des Chazeaux stairway. The first 30 minutes are free. <a href=\"https:\/\/velov.grandlyon.com\/fr\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Find more about it<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The V\u00e9lo&#8217;v app: <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.jcdecaux.vls.lyon\">Android<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/v%C3%A9lov-officiel\/id1356108037\">iOS<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FreeV\u00e9lo&#8217;v<\/strong>: Freev\u00e9lo&#8217;v is a service offered by the Metropole de Lyon, managed by V\u00e9logik, for young people to rent a bike free of charge for 3 to 12 months on a renewable basis. Not only free, but also environmentally friendly! Who&#8217;s eligible? You must be under 26 years of age, living in one of the 59 towns in the Lyon metropolitan area, and you must be either a student or enrolled in a social or occupational integration program.
