Or are you interested in taking over an existing club?<br>Good news: <strong>it\u2019s possible on campus!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clubs play a key role in student life, covering a wide range of topics: sports, culture, community projects, innovation, leisure, automotive, robotics\u2026 as long as the project is <strong>open to everyone and aligned with the school\u2019s values<\/strong>.<br>\ud83d\udc49 Discover them by clicking here!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 <strong>Important:<\/strong> a club is not an independent association.<br>It must be <strong>attached to one of the existing campus associations<\/strong> (AEI, BDS, BDA, MAKERS, AMMT) as a specific activity unit.<br>As such, it operates under the association\u2019s responsibility and must <strong>report on its activities, organization, and budget<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps to create or take over a club<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Define your project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whether creating or taking over a club, clarify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The club\u2019s purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The activities you want to offer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The target audience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 Your project must be <strong>inclusive and accessible to all students<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Book an appointment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact the <strong>Student Experience Office<\/strong> to present your project, assess its feasibility and get support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccd Office located on the ground floor of Building F (at the end of the hallway)<br>\ud83d\udce7 Contact <a href=\"&#x6d;&#x61;&#x69;&#x6c;&#x74;&#x6f;&#x3a;&#x63;&#121;&#114;&#105;&#101;&#108;&#108;&#101;&#46;tey&#x73;&#x73;&#x69;&#x65;&#x72;&#x40;&#x65;&#x63;&#x61;&#109;&#46;&#102;&#114;\">by email<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Connect with associations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your club must be attached to a campus association, which will support you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>AEI (student life):<\/strong> aei&#64;as&#115;&#111;&#46;&#101;&#99;&#97;&#109;&#x2e;&#x66;&#x72;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BDS (sports):<\/strong> &#98;d&#x73;&#64;&#x61;&#115;&#x73;&#111;&#x2e;&#101;c&#x61;m&#x2e;&#102;&#x72;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BDA (arts and culture):<\/strong> &#x62;&#x64;&#97;&#64;&#x61;&#x73;&#115;o&#46;&#x65;&#x63;&#97;m&#x2e;&#x66;&#114;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MAKERS (technology\/robotics):<\/strong> &#109;&#97;&#x6b;e&#114;&#x73;&#x40;a&#115;&#x73;&#x6f;&#46;&#101;&#x63;&#x61;m&#46;&#x66;&#x72;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AMMT (automotive):<\/strong> &#97;m&#x6d;t&#x40;a&#x73;&#115;&#x6f;&#46;&#x65;&#99;a&#x6d;&#46;&#x66;r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 They can help structure your project or suggest clubs to take over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
