There&#8217;s no such thing as too much or too little suffering: what matters is how the individual experiences it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Make an appointment with SAEP:<\/strong>  <a href=\"&#109;&#x61;i&#x6c;t&#111;&#x3a;&#115;&#x61;e&#112;&#x40;&#101;&#x63;a&#x6d;&#x2e;&#102;&#x72;\" data-type=\"mailto\" data-id=\"&#x6d;&#97;&#105;l&#x74;&#x6f;&#58;s&#x61;&#x65;&#112;&#64;&#x65;&#x63;&#97;m&#x2e;&#x66;&#114;\">contact SAEP<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SAEP office is on the first floor of the Jean Bouisset Student Residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SAEP workshops<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Workshops are held at various times of the year to explore concepts or subjects of concern to students, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stress management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sleep<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Procrastination and higher education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sexuality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutrition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Addictions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fifteen-minute videos on different topics are also available.
