I lost my student card
Your student card is essential for accessing the campus and using various services. Please report the loss as soon as possible and request a replacement by contacting: compta@ecam.fr
I have an IT issue
Login, access to tools, email, computer equipment… Try to identify the issue and contact IT support with as much detail as possible at infoline@ecam.fr
I have a maintenance issue
A problem in the facilities (heating, door, electricity, furniture, etc.)? Report it to the maintenance team so it can be handled quickly : maintenance@ecam.fr
I’m running late

I have a health issue
- Mental health / need for support: you can contact the SAEP, which offers confidential support with two clinical psychologists.
